I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were perfect and comfortable, and the breakfast room was set up so nicely every day. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent, near the cathedral, castle, and great pubs and restaurants. The dining experience was delightful, offering a selection of tasty dishes. Overall, a great value for money with fantastic amenities and a convenient location.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, although there was an unpleasant encounter with one employee. The location was perfect for exploring Lincoln, near the Cathedral and shopping areas, but the steep hill nearby could be challenging. Dining was basic but fresh and seasonal. Overall, the facilities catered to our needs, ensuring a pleasant stay.
