king room fresh milk

i loved the room i had, it was the king room ensuite. fresh milk in the fridge was a very welcome touch (i used it for tea).

the slope up to the parking was pretty steep. i needed to be careful driving up.

soundproofing issue loud conversation

Breakfast was good. Locally sourced items are always a plus.

The lack of soundproofing was a problem. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms, even normal conversations. This made it hard to relax or sleep soundly. I needed a vacation, after all!

Quirky and Quaint Stay

original features modern design short walk

The original features throughout the building were lovely. Our room, located on the top floor, had been modernised and included a high pitched ceiling and a large window. This design. The walk to the cathedral was short, which helped start and end our days.
